Happy Friday

It's Friday and Amy is off swimming with John. I'm working from home today which is lovely. John has been sleeping better recently but Amy has a sore throat which is waking her up at night anyway :-( This Sunday we are planning to go hiking in Banff with John and Leah (weather permitting) - and hike up Sulfur mountain, then take the gondola back down. It should be interesting...
