This is the blog of John and Micah and David Epp. They are all very advanced for their ages, so you might want to check this regularly to see what they are up to.

A Saskatoon Adventure
We had a lovely trip to Saskatoon last weekend. We left Thursday and drove halfway, spending the night at a strange little bed and breakfast in Oyen. We arrived around 9:30pm, so John was already pooped out, but then the owners kept trying to touch John and it freaked him out a little bit. The little trooper held it together, though, until we shut the door to our room (with them outside) and then he burst into tears :( How polite, though, to wait until they weren't around.
From there, we went to Michael and Monika's - friends of ours that moved from Calgary a year and a half ago. They have two older boys and a little girl that's six months older than John. John loved being around the kids, and pretty much could have done without us from the moment we stepped in the door. We stayed at their place while we were in S'toon.
Then there was the wedding - a high school friend of mine, Jennifer. You know how people often have their weddings in exotic locations? Well, they live in the Caymen Islands, so they decided to come back to Saskatoon to get married :) It was a nice wedding, and I bumped into lots of people from the town I grew up in.
Before heading home on Sunday, we went to Graham and Rebecca's for brunch. Rebecca is a doctor friend of mine that I met while counselling at a camp about 8 years ago. We made a pact at the end of the summer that it didn't matter how long it was between contacts, we were not allowed to feel guilty and we could still be friends. This has worked tremendously and I highly recommend it to anyone :)
Anyway, here are the pictures you've really been plowing through my ramblings to see. Have a good night.
