In strange news, John has been interested in the piano lately and has been trying to make up things that sound nice. So, I hauled out an old piano beginners book and showed him the first pages. I was on the phone with my dad when I noticed John looking back and forth between the note chart and the first song, and playing the correct notes! He knows a few songs now, and is itching for me to help him with the next one. He's so interested in learning all he can about whatever is in front of him.
Micah has fallen into his own routine at night. After we are done praying and before I tell them their "Craig the Crocodile" story (I have to make up a new one each time I put them to bed and I'm really running out of material) Micah gives me "A cwazy kiss and a cwazy hug and a cwazy cuddow." Sometimes he has to give me two of each. The kiss is multiple small pecks to my cheek. The hug is a normal hug (haven't figured out yet how it's crazy), and for the cuddle he lays down on my lap, smiles, and shakes his head like he's saying "no". Then he can get into bed and listen to the story.
