Twas the month before Christmas

Here are some pictures from the last month - just to clear off the camera  and get it ready for Christmas :)  We have really been enjoying the pre-Christmas season (except the shopping - I get stressed out every time I set foot in a mall).  John has seven Christmas songs on the piano he has been working on for awhile, and he plays along when we sing carols in the evenings.  Micah has had the Christmas gift factory going hard for a few weeks (more about those later), and John finished stage one of his gifts for the Engels last night.  He'll probably be working away at it over the next few days.

Awesome story from the last week: Micah's preschool had their Christmas concert on Tuesday, and it was so cute.  At the end there was a slideshow that included video clips of the kids answering different questions. The topic was "What do you want to be when you grow up" and Micah appeared on the screen.  Instead of answering the question he just sang ALL of the Star Wars theme in "da da daa daaaaa" style.  I had tears rolling down my cheeks I was laughing so hard.  That's my little Micah.
