Boy Named Susie Homemaker

Cam has been sewing. He was pretty excited to use his sewing machine (his Christmas present from me), so he put a new zipper in his sleeping bag, put a patch in his jeans, sewed up the tie on my housecoat, and something else I can't remember. He also broke four needles in one day and had to go out and buy more. He's putting our "Featherweight" Singer through its paces :) In other news, our little boy got his first flu. Yesterday around supper he threw up for the first time (looking back, it was funny how stunned I was - I had no clue what to do), slept through the night okay, but has been completely lethargic today. He has not moved quickly in anything today, has laughed 3 times, and fell asleep in the middle of various activities today. I can see why kids would fake being sick because John has had my undivided attention today. I just feel so sorry for him. Anyone who knows him could see in half a minute that he's not himself. Hopefully he has a good rest tonight and wakes up without his silly fever. Anyway, here are a few pics to keep you happy. Have a nice night. Amy
